Alex Baker was born and raised in Needham, Massachusetts, and is the youngest of 3 brothers. While at Needham High School, Alex was involved in pretty much every aspect of the Music Department: marching band, orchestra, chorus, madrigals and musical theatre. He graduated from Harvard with a degree in History, and was involved in the Hasty Pudding Theatricals and the Gilbert & Sullivan Players. Professionally, Alex has spent most of his career in various aspects of healthcare management, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of JSI, an international public health organization. He is also the Board Chair for Heluna Health, an LA-based public health nonprofit organization, and was also the Board Chair for the SpeakEasy Stage Company, a non-profit theater company in Boston. Alex and his husband split their time between Boston and Cape Neddick, Maine.
